Akrotiri, which is owned by a Filipina who is married to a Greek, was opened to serve and let the locals experience the true taste of the Greek dishes.

Although there are quite a few Greek restaurants here in the Philippines, most of those restaurants altered to the taste of Filipinos, Here in Akrotiri, we have dedicated ourselves to serve only the traditional taste and cooking of the dishes

Akrotiri, which literally means cape or peninsula, can be located all around Greece. The strong connection between the land and water is exemplified by our food development using a classic Greek Heritage.

Akrotiri was opened to serve simple, natural dishes with the freshest ingredients in a very welcoming atmosphere. Our clientele at the moment are a mix of locals and expats who are living in the area.

• Tell us about Alabang and the Philippines, the people, the culture, any beautiful places for traveling there.

Alabang is located in Muntinlupa city which is near Tagaytay, Laguna, Cavite and Batangas which is the go-to province places here in the Philippines if you are planning for a quick getaway from the city. This city is the perfect spot if you want to be in a quiet and relaxing city and close to near vacation spots without sacrificing travel time.

• Is it easy to find Greek products in the Philippines?

Actually no, we had a hard time finding Greek spices and ingredients and it took us awhile before we found suppliers but sometimes, especially for our drinks, we ship our items ourselves.
